From the mountain station, trail no. 34 leads slightly downhill through the forest road to the former valley station of the Wastenegg chairlift. From here, the forest road no. 34B takes you past the skilift "Holzstube" to the Vallming stream. Soon after crossing the stream, you reach the junction to path 19A, which takes you to the bottom of the valley. If you are travelling with a baby buggy, continue along the forest road. You finally reach Gossensass in the pleasant shade of the riverside promenade.
Alternative: Coming from the Edelweiss hut, you can descend via path 34A through an idyllic valley until you reach path 34B, which you then follow in the direction of Gossensass as described above.
